My third steampunk jewellery collection!
These things are so much fun to make- and as you can see, this is what I've been doing with my time :giggle:
My camera is just straining to take these photos. Hopefully, If I earn enough, I might be able to pay for a replacement or repair.

Steampunk mini hour-glass and watch part glass vial pendant:
This vial contains a number of tiny cogs, gears and watch parts from old and vintage watch movements. This vial also contains a tiny hour-glass or 'egg timer' inside with light sand that moves from each end- although it does not time for an hour! These tiny hour glasses only count for 2 seconds!

A beautiful one-of-a-kind steampunk necklace made with a vintage watch movement and a red metal cabochon rose.

Steampunk Crescent moon vintage watch parts pendant OOAK:
This one of a kind item has been made with a crescent-shaped vintage pocket-watch part. It has a hanging Siam red Swarovski crystal heart in the crescent, as well as watch cogs, a small silver-toned angel wing and a red rose metal cabochon inside a drum cog. Two small jewels are also still inside the crescent.

All necklaces come with black string, which can be removed if you'd like it on your own chain :-)

Perhaps a stupid question, but where do you get your tools from? Do you make them yourself, or salvage them from old watches for example?

They're mostly salvaged from old watches that have long since died. A few people on ebay sell the little cogs by themselves as well

First of all, love this stuff never seen something like it before.
Second I just wanted to know what you use to make them. Is it all watch parts like the locket and you put them together?
Do you know of anywhere I could learn how to make something more simple? I would love to see if I could do it!
